But what exactly is monomaterial and what advantages does it have over other packaging?<\/p><p><strong>The material:<\/strong> Monomaterial bedeutet, dass es sich bei der Verpackung um ein sortenreines Material handelt. Im Fall unserer Nachf\u00fcllbeutel handelt es sich um PE, ein hochwertiges Polymer (Plastik). Im Gegensatz zu Verbundfolien (zB.: &#8222;klassische Plastikverpackungen&#8220; aus PET\/PE) m\u00fcssen keine Schichten getrennt werden. Dies erh\u00f6ht die Chance, dass der Doypack \/ Nachf\u00fcllbeutel tats\u00e4chlich im Wertstoffkreislauf bleibt statt verbrannt wird. Viele Doypacks \/ Nachf\u00fcllbeutel haben zus\u00e4tzlich eine EVOH Schicht (bis zu 5% sind meist f\u00fcr&#8217;s Recycling erlaubt, erschweren aber den Vorgang). Unsere Nachf\u00fcllbeutel haben keine EVOH Schicht und sind somit 100% aus einem Material. Unsere Etiketten bestehen ebenfalls aus PE Folie und k\u00f6nnen somit am Beutel bleiben (m\u00fcssen nicht abgel\u00f6st werden) und gemeinsam sortenrein recycelt werden.<\/p><p><strong>Recycling:<\/strong> In Austria, our refill pouches can be recycled via the yellow bin (apartment buildings) or yellow bag (houses). The technology has advanced to the point where the pouches can be fully recycled. Wei\u00dfer 1 Liter Beutel mit rundem, schwarzem Etikett und minimalistischer Gestaltung.\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67fb872 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"67fb872\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-677b2e5 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"677b2e5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a4c1a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a4c1a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>BOTTLE<\/h4><p>Our hand and body wash bottles are made of<strong> 100% rPET <\/strong>out of<strong> Post-consumer<\/strong> <strong>(PCR)<\/strong> Sources and originate from<strong> EFSA-approved recycling processes.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The material:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>rPET stands for recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate), a plastic most commonly known from supermarket beverage bottles.<\/li><li>PCR stands for Post Consumer Recycled. <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This means that the recycled content<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> the material comes from PET that has already been used by end consumers (for example, from used beverage bottles). <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Not every rPET is based <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">on PCR material. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">post-industrial waste<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> recycled from production.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>PET is collected and recycled relatively well in Europe.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> To ensure that this cycle makes a real contribution to resource conservation, we consciously focus on <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">rPET from PCR sources<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">, in order to give previously used material a second life cycle.<\/span><\/p><p><strong data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"954\">Transparency:<\/strong> Our pump dispenser is made of PP and, like all conventional pump heads (including those used in glass packaging), contains a small metal spring. Unfortunately, this currently makes it a minor weak point in the sustainable packaging. For reasons of leak-proofness, hygiene, and reliable function, there are currently very few market-ready alternatives to classic pump systems.
