In case of discrepancies,\nthe German version of the Withdrawal Policy (\u201eWiderrufsbelehrung\") applies legally.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"754\"><strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"752\">What is the right of withdrawal?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"874\">As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.<\/p><hr data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"879\" \/><h3 data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"914\"><strong data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"912\">When does the period begin?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"1084\">The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p><p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1143\">The start of the period depends on the type of order:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1519\"><li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1188\"><p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1188\"><strong data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1165\">Individual goods:<\/strong> upon receipt of the goods.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1281\"><p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1281\"><strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1250\">Multiple goods (from one contract), separate delivery:<\/strong> upon receipt of the last goods.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1404\"><p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1404\"><strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1342\">Delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces:<\/strong> upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1618\">To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in good time before the expiry of the 14 days.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1623\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1665\"><strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1663\">How does withdrawal work?<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1830\">To exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly inform us of your decision (e.g. by e-mail or letter).
